At I Shoppee, we aim to deliver your customised gifts and handmade invitations safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

We ship to all locations across India.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping Partners

We use reliable courier services based on your delivery location:

  • ST Courier
  • DTDC
  • Shiprocket partner couriers

The courier service is automatically selected depending on availability and serviceability in your area.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges


South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, etc.): ₹80 per kg
Other States: ₹150 per kg (may vary depending on courier and location)

Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

4.⁠ ⁠Processing Time

Processing time depends on the type of product:

Customised Products

  • Dispatch within 7 days (since products are handmade and personalised)
  • Delivery time depends on the courier partner and your location

Non-customised Products

  • Processing time may vary depending on stock and product type
  • We will notify you if any delay occurs due to material availability or external factors.

5.⁠ ⁠Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes:

  • 5–10 business days
    (May vary depending on location, courier speed, weather, or holidays)
  • Remote locations may take additional time.

6.⁠ ⁠Cash on Delivery

We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery).
All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment.

7.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Lost Shipment

We take packaging and handling seriously, but if a product arrives damaged:

✔ We provide free replacement, and
✔ Customer must provide an unboxing video as proof.

Unboxing video must clearly show:
  • Outer package condition
  • Product damage
  • No cuts/pauses in video

This helps us raise a claim with the courier partner.

8.⁠ ⁠Return Policy for Customised Products

We create each customised product specially for you.


Therefore:

  • Returns are applicable only if the product is damaged.
  • No returns or exchanges for customised products due to change of mind or wrong details given by the customer.

9.⁠ ⁠Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect or the delivery fails due to customer unavailability:

Re-shipping charges will apply

No refund will be issued for personalised products
