Delivery & Refund Policy

At I Shoppee, we focus on delivering high-quality customised gifts and handmade invitations. Since most of our products are personalised and made to order, our refund rules are designed to ensure fairness and clarity.

1.⁠ ⁠Refunds for Customised Products

(Customised frames, clocks, LED lamps, name plates, handmade invitations, etc.)

  • We offer refunds only if the product arrives damaged.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • The video must show the package from start to finish without cuts.

If the damage is verified, we will offer:

Replacement or Refund (based on customer preference)

No refund is issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (names, dates, colours, etc.)
  • Minor colour/texture variations due to handmade nature

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds for Non-Customised Products

  • Refunds for non-customised products are not available unless the product is damaged.
  • A valid unboxing video is required to claim a refund or replacement.

3.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellation

Customised products: Cancellation is NOT allowed, since work starts immediately after order confirmation.

Non-customised products: Cancellation is NOT allowed at this time.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

Refund Time: 5–7 business days

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through:

Bank Transfer / UPI
(You will be asked for account or UPI ID during the refund process.)

6.⁠ ⁠Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To claim a refund or replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video
  • Showing the unopened package, opening process, and the damage clearly
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

7.⁠ ⁠Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Provided

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

A. Wrong customisation details provided by the customer

B. Wrong address entered during checkout

C. Delivery failed because the customer was unavailable or unreachable
