I Shoppee offers customised products such as frames, clocks, LED lamps, name plates, and handmade invitations.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the policies listed on this page, including:

Most of our products are customised and handmade, which may result in slight variations in:
- Colour
- Texture
- Finish
- Material appearance
These natural differences are not considered defects.
Customers must review the product description and customisation details before placing an order.
3. Order Process
All orders must be placed directly on our website.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled (especially customised products).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Names
- Dates
- Text
- Delivery address
- Contact number
Incorrect details may result in delays or delivery failures.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- Payments are accepted only through secure online payment using Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- We do not store any payment information
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India using ST Courier, DTDC, and Shiprocket partner couriers.
Shipping charges apply as follows:
- ₹80 per kg for South India
- ₹150 per kg (or variable) for other states
- Dispatch time for customised products: within 7 days.
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, holidays, or remote areas are beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide correct personal and customisation details.
- Provide accurate address and contact information.
- Be available to receive the package during delivery attempts.
- Record a proper unboxing video (without cuts) in case of a damage claim.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Customised products are not eligible for return unless damaged.
Non-customised products are also eligible for refunds/replacements only if damaged.
Damage claims require:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video
- Visible proof of damage
- Refunds will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer within 5–7 business days after approval.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Wrong customisation input by the customer
- Wrong delivery address
- Delivery failures due to customer unavailability
- Minor variations in handmade products
8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, content, branding, and artwork on this website are the property of I Shoppee.
Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of our designs or images is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
I Shoppee is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Loss/damage occurring after successful delivery
- Incorrect details provided by customers
Our responsibility is limited to:
- Processing valid damage claims
- Providing refund/replacement when eligible

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
